DAY 1 - 3rd November – Brisbane to Melbourne

Today, you will have the opportunity to meet your fellow travellers at Brisbane Domestic Airport as we embark on our flight to Melbourne. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to the elegant QT Hotel, situated conveniently in the heart of Melbourne's CBD. This evening, we will gather for a welcome cocktail reception before the Melbourne Cup event, featuring a selection of drinks and canapés.

DAY 2 - 4th November - Lexus Melbourne Cup Day

The time has come to prepare for an unforgettable day at one of the most iconic events in the world! Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before we travel to Flemington Racecourse, where you will be welcomed into the prestigious Makybe Diva Marquee, offering an exclusive and premium race day experience.  The Makybe Diva Marquee is located on the hill next to the Lawn Stand, with track, Winning Post and city views. This marquee offers an enviable Melbourne Cup Experience. It includes a reserved section of seating in the Lawn Stand plus an outdoor courtyard viewing area.  You will have access to private betting facilities, a dedicated bar, and live entertainment, ensuring an unforgettable experience. Enjoy a three-course lunch and afternoon tea, with beverages. After what promises to be an extraordinary day, we will return to the hotel, where you can unwind and enjoy the evening at your leisure.

DAY 3 - 5th November - Melbourne

Today is yours to explore the vibrant city of Melbourne at your own pace. Discover the city's renowned restaurants, cultural landmarks, and excellent shopping. The QT Melbourne is ideally located within walking distance of Bourke Street Mall, theatres, the National Gallery of Victoria, and many other attractions. You may choose to spend the day sightseeing or relax and indulge in a spa day.

DAY 4 - 6th November - Oaks Day

Today, we return to Flemington Racecourse for Oaks Day, where we will enjoy another VIP experience, complete with lunch and drinks in the exclusive Rose Room. 

Colourful, vibrant, and quintessentially Flemington, The Rose Room offers a fully inclusive dining experience with elevated views of the track and winning post. This exceptional venue provides private betting facilities, a dedicated bar, premium viewing, and live entertainment. Take advantage of the location and enjoy the sights and sounds from The Park including Fashions on the Field. 

After a memorable day at Flemington, we will say our farewells and transfer back to the hotel by coach. The evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure.
