DAY 1 Saturday 18th October Brisbane to Bunker Bay
This morning, we will meet at the Brisbane Domestic Airport for our Hosted Holiday to Perth & Margaret River. Today is spent travelling to our first destination, Bunker Bay. Upon arrival into Perth, we will meet our local tour guide and transfer to Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, our home for the next four nights. Get to know your fellow travellers at our Welcome Dinner.

DAY 2 Sunday 19th October Bunker Bay
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and perhaps a short walk along the waterfront. Spend the day at Leeuwin Estate, one of Margaret River’s premier wineries. Start with a tour of their iconic art gallery featuring contemporary Australian pieces. Followed by a tutored wine tasting and a gourmet seven-course lunch, highlighting seasonal West Australian dishes paired with Leeuwin’s renowned Art Series wines. Return to the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort for a leisurely evening.

DAY 3 Monday 20th October Margaret River
This morning, we enjoy tastings at Evans & Tate and the Thompson Estate in the Wilyabrup Valley. We continue onto the township of Margaret River, where you have time to explore the artisan shops and enjoy the local cuisine at one of the cafes or restaurants. You may also like to visit the Margaret River Distilling Company to sample their gin. This evening's highlight dinner at local Dunsborough restaurant, Yarri, features the best of Western Australian produce.

DAY 4 Tuesday 21st October Margaret River
Enjoy a leisurely morning before tasting at Vasse Felix and then continuing on to Wise Wine in Eagle Bay. Savour their wines with a beautiful lunch overlooking the spectacular Western Australian coastline, where vines meet the sea.
This afternoon you may wish to walk part of the Naturaliste Walkway at the Pullman or take advantage of the beautiful facilities of the hotel.

DAY 5 Wednesday 22nd October Bunker Bay to Perth
Enjoy a leisurely final morning at Bunker Bay before a short drive to the waterfront city of Busselton, a lively and vibrant beach town. You will have free time at the iconic jetty to ride the train or take a leisurely stroll. You will have the opportunity to have lunch at one of the local cafes before we depart for QT Perth, our base for the next four nights. This evening, join the group for dinner at Santini Restaurant, located within the hotel.

DAY 6 Thursday 23rd October Perth
After breakfast, we explore Perth’s Kings Park, one of the world’s largest and most beautiful inner-city parks. You have time to enjoy the view and take a self-guided walk through the Botanic Garden with cafes, bushland walking trails and immaculate gardens. Explore Cottesloe beach before arriving at Fremantle in time for lunch where you can choose to dine at one of the many local eateries. This afternoon we have a guided walking tour through Fremantle with the streets full of heritage buildings, cafes, street art and amazing stories waiting to be shared. Enjoy rooftop sunset drinks and dinner before returning to Perth.

DAY 7 Friday 24th October Perth
There is no better way to spend our last winery day than exploring the spectacular Swan Valley. First stop is Mandoon Estate, established in 2008, which recognises and respects the traditions and culture of the Noongar people and includes the Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery. Grab a coffee and visit the Gallery before our wine tasting. You can also enjoy a stroll through the beautiful, shaded lawn to view the Swan River. We continue to a local winery to taste their exceptional wines, followed by lunch overlooking the tranquil vineyard.

DAY 8 Saturday 25th October Perth
Today you are in for a treat to end your luxury food and wine experience. We travel by ferry to Rottnest Island to experience the Rottnest Island Seafood Cruise. Savor freshly caught seafood including lobster and scallops while cruising the island and enjoying the spectacular views with a glass of wine in hand. There will be time for Quokka spotting before returning to Perth on the ferry.

DAY 9 Sunday 26th October Perth to Brisbane
