DAY 1 - 12th March - BRISBANE TO HELSINKI Our Hosted Holiday begins today as we fly from Australia to Helsinki. Tonight will be spent in the air, enroute to Finland.
DAY 2 - 13th March - HELSINKI On arrival in Helsinki, we’ll be met by our local tour leader and transferred to our hotel. This evening, enjoy a warm welcome dinner where you can get to know your fellow travelers.

DAY 3 -14th March - HELSINKI
Today, we embark on an orientation tour of Helsinki, taking in landmarks such as Senate Square, the Market Square, Uspenski Cathedral, and the Olympic Stadium. The afternoon is yours to explore at leisure—relax, wander the city, or discover more of Helsinki’s charm.

DAY 4 - 15th March - TALLIN This morning, we take a ferry across the Gulf of Finland to the medieval city of Tallinn. Enjoy breakfast onboard before stepping back in time with a guided walking tour through Tallinn’s charming streets. Visit Kadriorg Park, the Song Festival Grounds, and the seaside district of Pirita. Explore Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and the Dome Church before enjoying some free time to soak in the atmosphere. Later, we return to Helsinki by ferry.

DAY 5 - 16th March - HELSINKI -ROVANIEMI We board a scenic train to Rovaniemi, the capital of Lapland and the ‘official’ hometown of Santa Claus. Take in the stunning landscapes along the way and perhaps enjoy a meal in the onboard restaurant. On arrival, we check into our hotel and enjoy a group dinner.

DAY 6 - 17th March - ROVANIEMI A thrilling day awaits as we visit a husky farm near Sinetta. Meet these incredible dogs, learn how they are trained, and embark on an unforgettable sledding experience through the snowy landscape. Afterward, warm up with hot juice and cookies before a relaxing afternoon at leisure.

DAY 7 - 18th March - ROVANIEMI - SAARISELKA
This morning, we visit Santa Claus Village, where you can meet Santa himself and cross the magical Arctic Circle. We then travel north to the charming ski village of Saariselkä, stopping en route at the old wooden church in Sodankylä. Tonight, we check into our glass-roofed Aurora Cabins, offering a magical view of the Arctic sky. After dinner, enjoy a traditional reindeer sleigh ride and warm up by the fire in a wooden Kota.

DAY 8 - 19th March - SAARISELKA - KIRKENES We continue north, stopping at Inari for a visit to the SIIDA Museum, which showcases the rich culture of the Sámi people. After a buffet lunch, we cross into Norway and arrive in Kirkenes. Here, we check into our unique Gamme Cabins at the Snowhotel and enjoy an evening exploring the ice hotel and meeting the resident reindeer.

DAY 9 - 20th March - KIRKENES Spend the day at your own pace—perhaps try the King crab safari, ice fishing, snowmobiling, or a husky tour. DAY 10 - 21st March HAVILA VOYAGES COASTAL VOYAGE
This morning, we board the Havila Pollux for a breathtaking voyage along Norway’s coastline. As we sail north, we visit Vardø, Norway’s easternmost town, and pass scenic landmarks such as Mount Tanahorn and Kjolnes Lighthouse.

DAY 11 - 22nd March -NORTH CAPE- HONNINGSVAG & TROMSO Today, we sail west and south, the polar landscape transforms, giving way to towering peaks. We have a stop at Hammerfest, before reaching the breathtaking sub-Arctic landscape. Stand at one of the northernmost points in Europe and take in the sweeping ocean views. Late evening we arrive in Tromso, known as “The Paris of the North”.

DAY 12 - 23rd March - LOFOTEN ISLANDS This morning, we will enter the Vesteralen region in the morning and later journey through the stunning Lofoten Islands, known for their dramatic peaks and charming fishing villages. Along the coastline, we pass white sandy beaches alongside charming fishing villages, which still thrive on a vibrant fishing industry.

On the final day of our cruise, we sail through Norway’s intricate network of straits and islands before arriving in Bergen. This evening, enjoy a group dinner at a local restaurant.

This morning we depart Bergen on a spectacular scenic train journey on the Bergen Railway to Voss. From Voss, we travel by coach through the charming villages and landscapes, towards Gudvangen. Enjoy the fresh Fjord air on the deck of an electric boat as you cruise through UNESCO-protected scenery of the magnificent Aurlandsfjord and on the narrow Naeroyfjjord.

We ride the famous Flåm Railway to Myrdal, offering breathtaking views, before transferring to the Bergen Railway for our journey to Oslo.
