DAY 1 Friday 11th November-Brisbane to Hobart
This morning we will meet at the Brisbane Airport for our Hosted Holiday to Tasmania. On arrival to Hobart we will be transferred by coach to the beautiful Movenpick Hobart Hotel, located close to the waterfront. This afternoon we will enjoy a City Highlights tour of Hobart that includes the Botanic Gardens, Battery Point, Salamanca Place and lastly enjoy the vista of Hobart from Mt Wellington. This evening get to know your fellow travellers at our Welcome Dinner.

DAY 2 Saturday 12th November - Hobart
Saturday mornings in Hobart are bustling at the Salamanca Market - Tasmania's Own Market. Leisurely explore over 200 colourful stalls of artisans, designers and producers. You will find fresh produce from local growers, hot coffee and delicious morning tea and lunch options to enjoy, lots of gift ideas and plenty of handmade products. Then, sit back and enjoy the harbour views in the Posh Pit as travel by high-speed catamaran to MONA. MONA is Australia's largest private museum and one of the most controversial private collections of modern art and antiquities in the world. Enjoy an included wine tasting of Morilla wines. Wander the exhibits , cafes, brewery and surrounds at your own leisure, before returning on the catamaran to Hobart.

DAY 3 Sunday 13th November - Port Arthur
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we depart for our day's adventure to the UNESCO listed Port Arthur, a convict settlement dating back to 1830. We explore the Port Arthur Historic Site with a guided walking tour upon arrival, followed by free time to explore the interactive displays, the beautiful gardens and buildings that overlook the harbour, before embarking on a harbour cruise. As we travel back to Hobart along the Tasman Peninsula we have the opportunity for scenic stops at the Tasman Arch, the Blow Hole and the Devil's Kitchen. Your evening is at leisure.

DAY 4 Monday 14th November - Strahan
We depart Hobart for Strahan after breakfast. Enjoy scenic stops at Mt Field National Park with a stroll through lush rainforest to the many-tiered cascade of Russell Falls and Lake St Clair with lunch at the Derwent Bridge Wilderness Hotel. This evening isat your leisure.

DAY 5 Tuesday 15th November -Gordon River
Enjoy your breakfast before exploring the West Coast of Tasmania on a Gordon River Cruise. Enjoy a magical day as we glide across the water on the Spirit of the Wild- premier upper deck, with tranquil surrounds and mersmerising views. With dedicated guides and character-based intrepretations will take you through the history of this remarkable place, including Macquarie Harbour, Hells Gates, Heritage Landing and Sarah Island. Cruise includes a delicious buffet lunch. The remainder of your afternoon and evening is free to explore Strahan.

DAY 6 Wednesday 16th November-Cradle Mountain - Burnie
After an early breakfast we drive to Cradle mountain National Park, part of Tasmania's World Heritage Listed Wildreness Area. We start our exploration at the Cradle Mountain Gateway, where the Visitor Centre, and cafe is located. Take the shuttle bus to Dove Lake, and walk this picturesque circuit.
Enjoy iconic views of Cradle Mountain and walk through the tranquil Ballroom Forest on one of Tasmania's premier short walks. (This walk is 6km, has uneven ground and is steep in some parts, a moderate level of fitness is required). The shorter Enchanted Walk, a 2 minute walk on a hardened surface and gentler slopes is an option. Tonight we enjoy a dinner at a local restaurant with views over the beach.

DAY 7 Thursday 17th November -The Nut-Launceston
Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel, before we travel to Launceston. The Nut, an immense flat top, volcanic plug that rises 150m up from the water, is our first stop. We will take the open chair lift and enjoy the views, and continue onto the historic fishing village of Stanley, where you can view the perfectly preserved colonial buildings, grab a coffee at one the historic cafes or try their famous fish & chips for lunch. Enjoy the spectacular views as we travel to Launceston with a visit to the House of Anvers Chocolate Factory, taste fine Tasmanian cholcolates and see qualified confectionary staff creating fine couverture chocolates.

DAY 8 Friday 18th November -Tamar Valley
Today we explore and taste our way through the Tamar Valley, a cool climate wine region. Enjoy the beautiful scenery in the Tamar Valley, while sampling the local wines and gin. Finish with tastings and lunch at the spectacular Josef Chromy Wines.

DAY 9 Saturday 19th November - Launceston
After breakfast we wander through the Launceston Harvest Markets, where you can sample some of the best produce from all over Tasmania, including Bruny Island Oysters, gins to gelati, fresh berries and more! We drive to Cataract Gorge, where you can enjoy the beautiful gardens, take a ride on the world's longest span chairlift, walk across the suspension bridge and enjoy the views. We finish the day with a cruise on the Cataract Gorge, enjoying the gorge and Tamar River from the water. This evening enjoy an included dinner at a local Launceston Restaurant.

DAY 10 Sunday 20th November-Wine Glass Bay-Hobart
Enjoy an early breakfast before we depart for our Wine Glass Bay Cruise. Cruise the spectacular coastline of Freycinet National Park from Coles Bay to Wineglass Bay. Be enthralled by the stunning granite coastline including the dramatic pink peaks of the Hazards range. Enjoy floor to ceiling windows for optimum viewing and lunch is included. Once the cruise concludes we travel onto Hobart. Tonight we have a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 11 Monday 21st November- Hobart to Brisbane
After breakfast we farewell Hobart to explore the historic and scenic village of Richmond, before our flight to Brisbane.
