DAY 1 - Sunshine Coast to Barossa Valley
This morning we will meet at the Sunshine Coast Airport ready to start our Tastes of the Barossa & Adelaide Hosted Holiday. Upon arrival in Adelaide we will transfer by coach to the Barossa Valley Resort. Get to know your fellow travelers at our Welcome Dinner at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort.

DAY 2 - Barossa Valley
Enjoy a delicious breakfast over looking the Jacobs Creek vineyards, before we tour the Barosssa Valley. Experience a private cooking demonstration at Maggie Beer Farm, by one of Maggie's trained staff, includes tastings and recipes. Discover Barossa's first Gin House, the Seppeltsfield Rd Distiller, and taste some of their premium hand-crafted gins. Experience wine tasting at Seppeltsfield, before we enjoy a four-course lunch at their restaurant, Fino. Finish the day with a stroll through the beautiful landscaped gardens at Barossa Valley Estate before sampling some of their award winning wines. This evening relax and enjoy the facilities at the Novotel.

DAY 3 - Barossa Valley to Adelaide
Enjoy your breakfast overlooking the Jacobs Creek Vineyards, before we depart the Novotel. Journey into the heart of Penfolds, discover the philosphy and spirit of Australia's greatest wines. We visit the Barossa Valley Chocolate Company where you can view their extensive range of chocolates as they are hand-made on site and sample some of these delicacies.

Enjoy tastings at Calabria Family Wines before we indulge in lunch at Harvest Kitchen, overlooking the vineyards. Our final winery before we head to Adelaide is spectacular Yalumba, stroll the landscaped grounds and sample their beautiful wines. Your evening is free to explore Adelaide.

DAY 4 - Mclaren Vale Our journey after breakfast takes us to the rich landscape of Mclaren Vale. We visit the iconic d'Arenberg Cube, a building inspired by the complexities, enjoy tastings with panoramic views of Mclaren Vale, the Willunga Hills and the Gulf St Vincent. Today's highlight is our Explore, Wine and Dine experience at Shottesbrooke Winery. Enjoy a behind the scenes look at the winery, it's history, it's sustainability program, it's wine making process, plus exclusive tastings followed by a regionally inspired lunch at the award winning Currant Shed restaurant. This afternoon we return to Adelaide where your evening is free.

DAY 5 - Adelaide to Sunshine Coast
After breakfast, we explore the Adelaide Central Market. Your guided tour will connect you with local producers, tasting a delicious selection of foods from South Australian artisan food producers and meet suppliers and stall holders whose families have traded at the markets for generations. We then farewell Adelaide for our return flight to the Sunshine Coast.
